Custmers with a nominal Ledger Account for Credit Sales

All credit customers are setup here so that a ledger account is created for credit sales. All the vehicles numbers are also added for a customer. Vehicle number shall also be enetered in credit sales bill.

 Accounts Setup

Setup the nominal ledger accounts under Income, Expenditure, Asset, Liability

In an accounting system there are four account types. All nominal ledger accounts like Supplier, Customer and Nominal ledger accounts are setup here under one of the category Income, Expenditure, Asset, Liability. Petrol Pump uses facility of Credit / Debit and Petro Cards so account heads must be linked with card sales accounts. Control Accounts are also defined.

 Chart of Accounts

Chart of Account shows the listing of all nominal ledger accounts as per their type and control account.

Chart of Account shows the listing of all nominal ledger accounts as per their type that is one of Income, Expenditure, Asset, Liability and control account if it is defined.

 Vouchers

Create All types of Vouchers

There may be several type of vouchers like Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase, Journal or Contra Vouchers. You can create any voucher here uding Double Entry Accounting System using Debit and Credit side. Voucher can also have narration.

 Journal

Listing of Vouchers including Narrations.

All Vouchers are listed as per type Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase, Journal or Contra. The listing can be done for any given period.

 Cash Book

Inflow (Receipt) or Outflow (payment) of cash is recorded in Cash Book.

Cash book in double enetry format, debit credit and balance can be displayed for any day or given period.

 Ledger

The ledger entries for any nominal ledger account can be displayed.

All entries of a nimnal ledger account with credit or debit blanace are recorded to give the final balance of the nominal ledger account at the end of a period. The first day of the period shows the opening balance.

 Trial Balance

Trial Balance is summary validation of accounting.

It shows debit and credit balance of each nominal account. The total of debit and credit side should tally.
